Our ABA schedule offers entirely in-person, hands-on education three days a week. Students can graduate in just under a year, and the three-day schedule provides our student artists with improved work-life-home balance.
Our Program
At The Art of Beauty Academy, we are proud to offer the best cosmetology classes in the industry. We are the only school in AZ to incorporate training in headspa services including training and use of a K Headspa as we work to revolutionize the beauty industry. With our modern ABA Pro System, you’ll train in advanced, real-world techniques that reflect what clients are asking for right now. Every phase of your journey is designed to build your confidence, grow your creativity, and shape you into a salon-ready professional.
Your journey begins here! In the first 10 weeks, you’ll dive into the fundamentals of cosmetology and start building the skills that set you apart. From cutting & barbering, coloring, skin care, makeup, lashes, and nails — this is your foundation. By the end of this phase, you’ll be ready to step into The Gallery, our salon classroom, with confidence.
With the ABA Pro System, you’ll experience a modern take on hair and beauty education, preparing you for today’s services in the industry.
Now it’s time to level up! In this phase, you’ll explore advanced techniques with:
- Hands-on artistry classes in cutting & barbering, color, styling, skin, makeup, lashes, and nails
- Real client services in The Gallery — putting your creativity to work in a salon setting
This is where you’ll start finding your style, sharpening your artistry, and discovering the kind of beauty professional you want to be. And through the ABA Pro System, you’ll gain a fresh, modern skill set designed to meet the demands of today’s clients.
This is where it all comes together. In the Imaginative Phase, you’ll push your creativity further while mastering your craft. You’ll continue building your knowledge with professional development and attend advanced artistry classes designed to refine your skills in:

- Make-up
- Lashes
- Nails
